Geyser Gazing – Castle Geyser Erupting

During my last weekend in Yellowstone I stumbled upon one of less than a dozen geysers in the Park that erupts predictably. As fellow geyser–gazers CW and I were on our way to somewhere else we were lucky to glimpse Castle Geyser in all its boiling, steaming action (you can read all about that fortuitous event here).

Still images of geysers can be impressive, if that’s all you’ve got, and that’s all I had last week. But I finally figured out how to add video to my posts (well, supposedly I figured it out). Is there a better subject for my international film debut than a Yellowstone geyser erupting?

I hope this works.
